I seem to become more and more interested in music everyday.  I’m so curious about what goes on in the brain when I hear music, and what makes me feel the way I do when I listen to certain songs.  So much so that I am considering it as part of my major.  One thing that I am very interested in is the visual representation of music.  I was thinking about it, and I realized that there is actually an infinite amount of interpretations of any given piece of music.  I think that is why I like music videos so much.  This happens to be one of my favorite directors inturpretation of another Chemical Brothers Song called Star Guitar.  Michel Gondry is back for your viewing pleasure.

Things to Look for in the Video:

So the video is set as if you were in a train and the world was passing by.  But each thing (building, streetlight, tree, powerline, tower) is a part of the music.  For each visual object there is an auditory corrospondent.  Sometimes you cant see it right away.  Try looking at one particular object (the white street signals are a good start) and see if you can locate its auditory equivalent.
