Eco-tower?

Pearl River Tower, Guangzhou, China

With solar power, and wind turbines to collect energy, this skyscraper will be bringing in more energy than it will consume. The energy will be used for heating, AC, and ventilation. Not to mention the rain water that will be chilled in pipes in the wall, for an even cooler experience.

I know what you’re thinking… “What’s the catch? There has to be something weird about it.” Well, when this structure debuts it will house the China National Tobacco Corporation.
