So I was stumbling around the internet and found this.  Try it out.  I’ve shown an example before.   

Input text:  Hello there fine chap.  I was wondering if you could tell me where the facilities are?

Output:  HELO THEYRE FIEN CHAP!!!1! OMG LOL I WAS WONDARNG IF U CUD TAL M3 WHERE DA FACILITEIS AER
